Disney’s rates compare more to some luxury lines rather than to their family-focused competitors but keep in mind that other cruise lines charge for some items onboard like soda Disney offers a soda fountain with a wide variety of soda and juices that you can enjoy for free. Character dining experiences are also free onboard.

Keep in mind there are no casinos on any of Disney’s ships. So if it is a casino you crave this may not be the right cruise line for you.
